Who we are

The operator of this website is herstore.io. The shop is a platform that lets private buyers and sellers list fashion, pay with Bit, and collect at DONE lockers in Israel.

herstore.io is not the seller of the garments, does not hold Bit transfers, and is not a party to the sale between the two users, except as needed to run the site and enforce these rules.

The contract of sale

When you buy or sell, the contract is between the buyer and the seller. Listings, photos, measurements, price, and Bit payment are the seller’s responsibility. Delivery via DONE is arranged after the seller confirms the Bit payment.

Israeli consumer-protection rules that apply to a dealer (עוסק) selling in the course of business — including many distance-selling cancellation rights — generally do not apply to a one-off private sale. If a seller is selling as a business, that seller must follow the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and related duties. herstore.io does not issue tax invoices for sellers.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your Google sign-in. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, including for counterfeit, stolen, or misleading listings, abuse, or failing to ship a paid order.

While suspended, active listings are unpublished. You may still add a tracking link on already paid orders so the buyer is not stuck.

Payments and lockers

Payment is peer-to-peer Bit from the buyer to the seller’s Bit number. herstore.io does not collect the money. The seller confirms receipt in the shop. Unpaid Bit orders expire after 48 hours and stock is released. A submitted Bit proof that the seller does not confirm is cancelled after 48 hours.

Pickup is at a DONE locker chosen at checkout. The Bit amount is the listing price only. The seller pays DONE (about ₪30) or already included shipping in the listing price. Courier terms are those of DONE. herstore.io is not the carrier.

Prohibited listings

You may not list stolen goods, counterfeits, unsafe or recalled items, weapons, or anything illegal to sell in Israel. Photos and measurements must match the piece. Hidden defects must be disclosed.

Privacy, language, and law

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice. The site is offered in Hebrew and English. If the two versions conflict, the Hebrew text prevails.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
