Buyer rules

herstore.io may update these pages. This text is an operating summary for a person-to-person fashion shop in Israel, not legal advice.
Before you pay
Read the listing: photos, centimetre measurements, fabric, condition, and price. Private sales are usually sold as described. There is no automatic 14-day shop-style return unless the seller is selling as a business and the law gives you that right against that seller.
Ask questions before Bit if something is unclear. Paying means you accept the piece as listed, except for a material mismatch or a defect that was hidden.
Bit
Send the exact listing amount to the seller’s Bit number and put the order number in the Bit note. Then paste the Bit reference in the shop. Do not add locker postage in Bit. Do not send money outside the order flow.
If you do not pay, the order cancels after 48 hours and the listing can return to sale. herstore.io does not refund Bit; any reversal is between you, the seller, and Bit.
Collection
Collect from the DONE locker you chose, using the tracking the seller provides after they confirm payment. If a paid order is not shipped, report it. Repeated non-collection or abuse can lead to suspension.
Fair use
Do not harass sellers. Do not attempt chargeback-style abuse after receiving the item as described. Keep checkout details accurate (name, phone, email).
