Seller rules

Operator: herstore.io · Updated 15 September 2026

herstore.io may update these pages. This text is an operating summary for a person-to-person fashion shop in Israel, not legal advice.

Honest listings

You must own the piece or have the right to sell it. Photos, centimetres, fabric, brand, colour, size, and condition must be true. Disclose stains, repairs, odour, and missing buttons.

Do not list counterfeits, stolen goods, or illegal items. herstore.io may unpublish and suspend without a court order when a listing appears to break these rules.

Private seller vs business

If you sell occasionally as a private person, say so in how you trade. If you sell in the course of business (an עוסק), Israeli consumer law may require invoices, cancellation rights, and extra disclosures — that duty is yours, not herstore.io’s. You are responsible for income tax and VAT if they apply. Ask an accountant if you are unsure.

After Bit is sent

Only approve payment you actually received. Then pack, create the DONE shipment (you pay DONE, about ₪30, unless you already included shipping in the listing price), and paste the tracking link. Paid orders must still be fulfilled if your account is later suspended; you keep access to Sales & orders for that purpose.

Do not ignore a paid order. Failure to ship is grounds for suspension.

Shop details

Keep your Bit number and shop description accurate. You cannot buy your own listing. One seller per basket.
