herstore.io runs this site and decides how account and order data are used, under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended.
What we collect
Google sign-in gives us your email, name, and avatar. Checkout stores name, phone, email, locker choice, Bit reference, and order lines. Listings store photos, measurements, and shop text. We keep moderation notes if an account is suspended.
Why and who sees it
We use this data to run accounts, listings, Bit matching, locker delivery, support, and safety. The other party to an order can see the contact details needed to complete that order. DONE and Bit see what you send them in their own apps. We do not sell mailing lists.
Retention and your rights
Order records are kept as needed for disputes and bookkeeping. You may ask to access or correct your details. Closing an account may anonymise the profile while leaving order history in place.
